The primary intent of this project is to improve the drainage and rideability of the City’s Zone 3, 4 and 5 alleys while decreasing their rate of deterioration through the application of a magnesium chloride-based dust control and surface stabilization product. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 P.M. MST in the Public Works Conference Room “Mesa Verde” located on the 3rd floor of the Englewood Civic Center.
