ITB-22-032 - 2022 MILL AND OVERLAY

The work to be performed under this contract includes asphalt patching, milling of existing asphalt pavement, asphalt resurfacing and pavement markings replacement. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications. The contract shall be awarded based on bids received and the contract documents. Contractor will be required to coordinate construction activities with adjacent businesses, trash removal companies, school district, HOA, Metro Districts, and other City maintenance projects if applicable. Work shall take place between August 1, 2022 and October 31, 2022. A schedule of sequencing of all work shall be submitted at or before the project pre-construction meeting, and approved by the City prior to issuance of Notice to Proceed.
