IFB-05-121 - Automated Large Water Meter Update Program

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Englewood is beginning a three-year large meter upgrade program that will begin in 2005. Approximately 317 obsolete outside meters that cannot be fitted with Itron radio frequency components, ranging in size from 1 1/2 inches to 6 inches, are being replaced. There are 128 meters to be replaced in 2005-2006, 104 meters in 2006-2007, and 86 meters in 2007-2008. 

The intent of this bid invitation is for providing all material labor equipment and transportation necessary for the replacement of existing water meters at various locations throughout the City of Englewood in accordance the general conditions and minimum specifications.
