ITB-08-106 - Belleview Park Playground & Restroom Renovations

Summary of Specifications:
The project includes work described in ITB-08-106 Technical Specifications and Drawings, which include demolition of an existing restroom (add alternate), the playground area and the existing pavilion facility, existing playground equipment, new concrete sidewalks to provide ADA accessibility to all new structures provided in this design. The project also includes traffic control access and staging operations, erosion and sediment control measures, water control measures, miscellaneous removals, earthwork, grading, storm sewer inlets and pipelines for local drainage beneath the path, riprap, grouted boulder edge, site restoration and re-vegetation.
