ITB-06-116 - Belleview Park Shelter Construction

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Englewood’s objective is to hire a qualified Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct a concrete slab, sidewalk work and park shelter at Belleview Park. The City has purchased the shelter under a separate solicitation. Contractor shall be required to pickup, transport and install the shelter, to include concrete slab and other improvements as detailed in the attached drawings labeled ITB-06-116, S1 & S2. The concrete will require one week curing to attain 70% strength, prior to the actual construction of the shelter.
