Summary of Specifications:
The City of Englewood’s objective is to hire a qualified and competent Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the new Pump House and Wet Well located at the Broken Tee Golf Course 2101 W Oxford Ave., Englewood, Colorado 80110.

The project consists of the removal and storage of the existing pumps and variable frequency drive (VFD) controls in the existing pump house, demolition of the existing pump house, construction of a new pump house and sleeving of existing wet well in the same location, and reinstallation of the existing pumps and VFD controls into the new pump house.
