A recommended pre-proposal conference will be in-person on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 @ 9:00 AM MST. The pre-proposal conference will be held in the Pikes Peak Conference Room at the Englewood Civic Center, 1000 Englewood Parkway, Englewood, CO 80110. It is recommended that contractors attend to gain a full understanding of the project and scope of work. The addendum and attendee list will be posted to Bidnet once the question period expires. Questions raised and information provided during the pre-proposal meeting will be screened for applicability and responded to as necessary in an addendum. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
City staff will discuss the scope of work, schedule, and other pertinent project information during the pre-proposal conference. Following the pre-proposal meeting, a voluntary site visit of City Ditch is available for interested proposers. There will be a 30-minute travel time for interested proposers to travel to the McLellan Pump Station. Directions to both locations will be provided at the pre-proposal conference. The site visit will be led by City Staff, limited to two attendees per proposer, and a maximum duration of one hour. The focus of the site visit will be to view City Ditch near the City’s McLellan Pump Station as well as Reach 2 as shown in Attachment B of this RFP. Parking will be limited close to Reach 2. Outside of the site visit, proposers may visit the publicly accessible sections of the ditch.
