RFP-22-029 - CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR (CMGC) - AWTP SPACE IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Englewood Utilities Department provides total service and wastewater collection services to the City of Englewood’s approximately 35,000 residents. As Utilities needs and associated staffing grows, the City needs additional office space at the Allen Water Treatment Plant.

The City has hired Eidos Architects to perform the planning and design for the construction of new office space above an existing concrete slab at the Allen WTP site. The design is currently in the initial planning phase. See Attachment E for the concept-level site layout.

It is the City’s preference to complete the Project using the CMGC contract approach in order to provide the best value and design for the facility.
