Additional Bidding Instructions

The City invites Consultants to submit Proposals according to the requirements set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposals in response to this Solicitation must be submitted to the individual before December 7, 2023 2:00PM MST, Proposals must be fully compliant with the requirements contained within this RFP in Section 3. PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS.

The Proposal must be received by the City Project Manager before the due date and time specified in Section 1.1 Statement of Purpose. Each firm assumes full responsibility for timely delivery of its Proposal. Any Proposal received after the submittal deadline will be deemed non-responsive and returned unopened. The time/date stamp clock on Bidnet, shall serve as the official authority to determine timeliness of the Proposal.

All Proposals must be submitted via BidNet.

SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: The response must be received before December 7, 2023 prior to 2:00 PM (MST) as specified in this Solicitation. It is the responsibility of the Consultant to ensure that electronic submittals are received prior to the closing time specified.
