Summary of Specifications:
Periodically, the City experiences sewer system blockages that result in sewage backing up in residences or businesses. As a service to its customers, the City provides emergency remediation services. In these cases, a private cleaning company is contacted to perform certain, predetermined services. The cleaning company must be able to received calls at any hour of the day or night and must be able to respond within 4 hours of notification to an emergency situation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
