Summary of Specifications:
The City of Englewood is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in performing landscaping and design services for the Englewood Municipal Golf Course. The Golf Course is located at 2101 W Oxford Ave., Englewood, CO 80110. The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to update the landscaping at the front and entrance to the Club House located at the Englewood Municipal Golf Course. The designs should be kept relatively simple, low maintenance, and site appropriate.

Drawings of the original landscaping design and irrigation system are listed on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System as part of this bid package.
