Description

The City of Englewood is requesting proposals for Engineering Design Services to perform necessary preliminary design tasks and develop final construction plans & specifications that facilitate the construction of the Floyd Avenue and S. Elati St. Intersection Improvements. This project is funded through a Federal Highway Safety Improvement (HSIP) grant and will be subjected to the CDOT local agency process. All work is to be done in conformance with the requirements of the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), the CDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, the CDOT Roadway Design Guide, the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), and the City of Englewood Design and Construction Standards and Specifications.

Bidders are asked to mark the bid envelope “Floyd Avenue and S Elati St Intersection Improvements" in the lower left hand corner with the Proposal # RFP-21-040 shown on the front of the envelope in which the proposal is submitted. The City of Englewood assumes no responsibility for unmarked envelopes being considered for the award. An authorized company representative is required to sign in ink on the proposal. If City offices are closed due to inclement weather, an amendment will be issued with a new date, time and address of the proposal opening.
BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT PROPOSALS OF TWO (2) HARD COPIES AND ONE ELECTRONIC COPY FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES. ELECTRONIC COPY E-MAILED TO PROCUREMENT@ENGLEWOOCO.GOV NO LATER THAN THE DAY AND TIME SPECIFIED ABOVE.
