Summary of Specifications:
The City of Englewood is seeking a retail resource to lease an area of approximately 1500 sq. ft. inside the Englewood Municipal Golf Course Club House. This 1500 sq. ft. area was originally designed as an indoor training facility. The City wishes to lease this space to a qualified firm interested in retail services particularly those businesses that have a relation to golf.

Non related golf retailers are also welcome to submit a proposal.
