ITB-13-002 - L/E WWTP Pre-Manufactured Office Building

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Englewood’s objective is to hire a qualified and competent Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the L/E WWTP Pre-Manufactured Office Building Project as detailed in the attached scope of work, specifications and drawings included as part of this Invitation to Bid. This ITB includes the construction and commissioning of a pre-fabricated office building. The buildings will replace existing trailer offices and be located at a 50-acre Wastewater Treatment Plant. The ITB does not include the foundations to receive the building as well as necessary civil work and utility connections and landscaping. The ITB does include coordination with the civil contractor providing these services.
