ITB-13-011 - L/E Wastewater Treatment Plant Miscellaneous Repairs Project

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Englewood’s objective is to hire a qualified and competent Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to supply the Littleton/Englewood Wastewater Treatment Plant with the Miscellaneous Repairs Project. 

This Project entails concrete repairs at several locations in the plant, alterations to some existing downspouts and drainage issues, addition of French drains to electrical manholes, addition of supports to storm drains and repair due to soil erosion. 

This Miscellaneous Repairs Project includes all necessary demolition and removal of existing concrete, installation of new concrete, and installation of drainage modifications. 

The Littleton/Englewood Wastewater Treatment Plant (LE/WWTP) operates uninterrupted. All work for this project must be performed in such manner as to not interrupt the continuous operation of the plant.
