Summary of Specifications:
Only pre-qualified General Contractors are allowed to submit bids to the Owner for this project. The Owner has pre-qualified General Contractors, Electrical subcontractors, and Instrumentation & Controls subcontractors. The Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for construction of the Phase 2 Expansion Improvements. All vendors, suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and subcontractors shall contact the appropriate pre-qualified contractors with their proposals, see attached for details
