Summary of Specifications:
The Littleton/Englewood Wastewater Treatment Plant (LE/WWTP) “Lighting Improvement 2015 Project” entails the replacement and upgrade of the existing lighting systems with new and more energy efficient equipment. The objective is to lower energy costs, reduce maintenance efforts, and improve the light quality within the facility. The Project includes all necessary demolition and removal of existing equipment, installation of new equipment including mounting hardware and other miscellaneous appurtenances, and testing and commissioning of the new equipment. The City of Englewood’s objective is to hire a qualified and competent Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to supply the LEWWTP with a lighting replacement project for its South Digester Complex.
