The City of Englewood Utilities Department (“the City” or “City”) is seeking written proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms (Consultant) for as-needed development review support. Services include reviewing building and land use permit applications for utilities engineering compliance to City rules and regulations, including design compliance with City of Englewood design standards, Denver Water standards, Southgate Sanitation standards, and Englewood City code, as well as all applicable state and federal requirements.
