Description

The City of Englewood is requesting proposals from experienced qualified applicants to provide solid waste curbside and alleyway collection & disposal, and solid waste recyclable curbside and alleyway collection & processing, for all single family, duplex, and triplex households within the City as well as periodic large item pickup. As an additional element of this request, the City is requesting proposals for solid waste collection/processing/disposal of solid waste and recyclables from the City’s municipal buildings. The selected Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, customer service, and other items necessary to perform the work as defined in this document and the various attachments. Collectively, these services are referred to as the City’s Residential Solid Waste & Recycling Collection and Disposal Program (the “Program”).

The solicitation number and due date for submission of Proposals must be clearly marked on the outside of the container as follows:

Any Proposal that is submitted without being properly marked may be opened for identification prior to the deadline for receipt of Proposals and then resealed or it also may be rejected as non-responsive.

Late proposals will not be accepted. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to ensure its Proposal is received by the City by the date and time stated above. Proposals shall not be submitted via facsimile or email.
