RFP-24-014 - PUBLIC LIBRARY STRATEGIC PLAN & COMMUNITY ASSESSMENT

Englewood Public Library (EPL) is seeking proposals from experienced, professional library consultants to conduct and facilitate a comprehensive strategic planning process. The consultant will work with the EPL Strategic Planning Work Group, City management, library staff, members of the public library board, City Council, and other community stakeholders to create a multiyear (3-5 years) plan which gives direction and purpose to programs and services offered. The plan will include comprehensive data analysis of usage and visitors, incorporation of the needs of the community, where the Library can have greatest impact, identify opportunities for collaboration, and administrative requirements for executing the strategic plan. The plan should also specify proposed goals for the overall library service model, including collections, programming, technology, staffing and facilities. It will also identify the financial impacts of the proposed goals, objectives, and activities and include an evaluation method.
