IFB-05-119 - Roundabout Landscape Improvements

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Englewood is soliciting proposals from qualified firms that are interested in performing landscaping and design services for the Englewood Parks and Recreation Department. The project is located at the roundabout at the intersection of Englewood Parkway & Cherokee, Englewood, CO 80110. 

The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to update the landscaping in an area of approximately 2990 sq. ft. at the roundabout which includes island areas. The design should be kept relatively simple, low maintenance, be aesthetically pleasing and site appropriate. 

The vendor selected may be required to execute an Agreement for services depending on the scope of services submitted.
