IFB-10-104 - Rubber Tired Wheel Loader/Backhoe

Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of the attached specifications to describe the minimum requirements for a Rubber-Tired Wheel Loader/Backhoe. The unit, including all necessary equipment, shall conform in design, strength, quality of materials, and workmanship to the highest standards of engineering practice. The unit shall be manufacturer’s standard. It shall be equipped with the manufacturer’s equipment and accessories which are included as standard in the advertised and published literature for the unit. No such item of equipment shall be removed or omitted for the reason that it was not specified in the bid. Standard items may only be removed where it is necessary to install other items in lieu thereof in order to comply with these specifications.
