Summary of Specifications:
The City of Englewood’s objective is to hire a qualified and competent Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary construct the Servicenter Prewash & Wash Facility to be located at the Englewood Servicenter, 2800 S. Platte River Drive East, Englewood, CO 80110. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, demolition of an existing block wall and foundation, concrete and asphalt pavement removal, installation of a sand oil interceptor with associated piping, construction of a concrete push wall, construction of a block wall, construction of concrete pavement slabs and trench drains, installation of two canopy structures over both wash stations, along with necessary incidentals and all items shown in the contract documents and Plans.
