Description

The City of Englewood (“the City” or “City”) is seeking a qualified firm to perform services for the SOUTH PLATTE RENEW (SPR) HEALTH AND SAFETY PROGRAM ASSESSMENT (the “Project”).

South Platte Renew (SPR) is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms (Consultant) to provide professional services for the following scope of work:

Gap analysis of the SPR safety culture, structure, policies, and practices. The gap analysis will compare the SPR safety efforts against established best practices, leading water and sewer authorities, best practices from the construction industry, oil and gas industry, and other relevant guidance. The Consultant shall provide recommendations for any improvements to the current practices.
The Consultant shall develop a five (5) year implementation plan for all agreed upon health and safety initiatives at SPR.

The Consultant shall develop the outline for the SPR Health and Safety Manual, author the Introduction, and recommend systems to maintain and utilize the Manual.
