Summary of Specifications:
The City of Englewood is seeking a qualified vendor/implementation partner to replace the existing Avaya telephony infrastructure with a Cisco based Voice over IP (VoIP) solution. The selected partner will deliver all equipment and migration services necessary to preserve current telephone functionality and provide an updated framework for future telephony based communications. Through this RFP, the City of Englewood intends to identify a solutions provider that will most fully meet the needs of the City and its Citizens as outlined in the attached RFP.
