ITB-11-004 - Union Avenue Bridge Repair Project

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Englewood’s objective is to hire a qualified and competent Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the Union Avenue Bridge Repair Project and other improvements as detailed in the attached drawings and specifications included as part of this Invitation to Bid. The work to be performed under these documents and Plans consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies for the partial asphalt pavement removal and reconstruction of the east approach to the structure, pier cap modifications to both piers for the replacement of the existing expansion joint system. Work will also include erosion repair under the east abutment, approach excavation and the addition of an approach slab and corbel system, additional work at this abutment will include Type 3 guardrail replacement, sidewalk reconstruction, pavement reconstruction and curb and gutter replacement and all work incidental thereto for Union Avenue Bridge Repair Project.
