RFP-13-016 - Video Surveillance System Replacement

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Englewood is seeking a qualified vendor/implementation partner to replace the existing video surveillance system with an IP based video solution at seven different city facilities. The selected vendor will deliver all equipment and migration services necessary to replace each existing camera with a new IP based camera as well as the horizontal cabling to support each camera. In some cases, new pathways for the cabling shall be required. Cameras will be replacing some existing cameras at each site while other cameras are being added for additional coverage. The video archiving to support the new video surveillance system will also require replacement. Through this RFP, the City of Englewood intends to identify a vendor that will most fully meet the needs of the City and its Citizens as outlined in this document based off of the attached drawings and specifications. The selected vendor must comply with all Englewood codes and regulations including those outlined within this RFP.
