This project has a disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) goal of 10.5 %. Bids will be received by the City Clerk of Evans, Colorado (herein called the "CITY"), at the Evans Community Complex, 1100 37th Street, Evans, CO 80620 until 9:00 A.M. on September 5th, 2018 at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
