Driftwood Park –Clearing and grubbing, pond grading and seeding along with installation of a valley pan on the north end of the property.
Ridge Pond Base Plan– Clearing and grubbing along two specific pan alignments followed by construction of pans (2) to convey nuisance flows to the outlet structure and grading & seeding of disturbed areas.
- Ridge Pond Alternate Plan – Clearing and grubbing of entire pond followed by construction of construction of pans to convey nuisance flows (irrigation overflow & sanitary sewer subdrain ) along with pans from storm sewer inlets (3) to outlet structure. Grade and seed disturbed areas to maintain positive drainage to outlet structure
North Point Pond North end Add Alternate # 1 – Replace 10 LF of existing trapezoidal concrete channel. Construct a grouted riprap rundown with drop structures to dissipate energy and construct a forebay at the bottom of the rundown.
North Point Pond West end Add Alternate #2 – Clearing and grubbing of existing grass lined channel from 35th Street into pond. Construction of trapezoidal concrete channel, grouted riprap rundown into pond, and install a forebay at the bottom of the rundown. Replace existing sidewalk chase along with some curb, gutter and sidewalk,
