RFP-092115 - Riverside Park Design and Engineering Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Evans is requesting proposals to provide comprehensive engineering and design services to support rebuilding Riverside Park. The Park was destroyed by the September 2013 floods. The consultant team selected for this work will: - Prepare any environmental and flood related studies and secure all required permits and approvals from federal, state, local and regional agencies. - Prepare full construction drawings and specifications with plan sets and bid schedules aligned to match with funding sources. - Provide full coordination and communication with the City, its representatives and support public outreach efforts. - Provide support during the bidding, contracting and construction phases.
