At the City’s option the basis of award is the low responsive and responsible Bidder based on the Lump Sum total price at the bottom of this sheet. The division prices will only be utilized to evaluate bid response to help assess if scope of bid appears complete and assess the status of work complete on the Pay Application Schedule of Values. Please provide a Lump Sum total price for the project as well as the individual Division prices requested below.
