IFB-3219-10-SDH - 2010 Water Line Replacement Project - Phase 3

Summary of Specifications:
The project generally consists of the installation of 8,350 feet of 8" dia. C-900 PVC, 665 feet of 8" dia. Static Pipe Bursting, 2,350 feet of 6" dia. C-900 PVC, and 1,300 feet of 3/4" dia. Copper service pipe. This work will include all fittings, valves, service connections, fire hydrants, asphalt and concrete replacements related to the construction of the water line. 

Contractors submitting bids over $50,000 must be prequalified in accordance with the City's "Rules and Procedures for Prequalification of Contractors." Bids received from non-prequalified contractors will not be opened. Application forms for prequalification are available at the Administration Office of the Department of Public Works and Planning (970/256-4126) or at the Public Works & Planning/Engineering web page at www.gjcity.org. Applications are required to be submitted two weeks prior to the bid opening.
