A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required by all contractors intending to submit a bid response to this IFB. Any contractor that does not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting shall not be eligible to submit a bid response to this IFB. The primary, lead contractor must be in attendance.
NOTE: Bidders that arrive more than 10 minutes late to any of the meetings offered shall not be eligible to submit a bid response to this solicitation process for this project.
The City will offer multiple mandatory pre-bid meeting opportunities, from which Contractors may attend. Contractors must attend at least one of the multiple meeting opportunities offered to be considered eligible to submit a proposal response. Contractors are not required to attend more than one pre-bid meeting. Meeting location shall be in the City Hall Auditorium, located at 250 N. 5th Street, Grand Junction, CO.
