Summary of Specifications:
Materials testing of the 29 Road & I-70B Interchange Phase construction project which includes testing of materials delivered, materials placed, or work in progress by the contractor to determine compliance with pre-approved project specifications and plans. The total for the Interchange Phase project generally consists of 2.2 miles of roadway construction, 6,109 CY of Class D concrete in two roadway bridge structures, 67,000 square feet of MSE concrete panel wall including class on structure backfill, 5,150 LF of storm drain, and 1,150 LF of irrigation pipe. Additional concrete flat work incorporated into the project will consist of concrete curb and gutter, concrete intersection corner and concrete media cover material. Unclassified excavation, embankment fill, aggregate base and 27,973 tons of hot mix asphalt pavement incorporated into the project.
