Summary of Specifications:
The City of Grand Junction, Colorado is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide credit and debit card processing services. The City of Grand Junction has accepted MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards as a form of payment for 15+ years. Payment can either be made over-the-counter, online and via telephone. The current provider is Bank of the West /Elavon. The initial contract period will be for a period of three (3) years with up to two (2) consecutive 12 month contract extensions.
