IFB-3550-12-SDH - Contract Street Maintenance - Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk Repair

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Grand Junction will receive sealed bids at the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 250 North Fifth Street, Grand Junction, Colorado, 81501, prior to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 25, 2012 for the Contract Street Maintenance - Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk Repair and Replacement for 2013 Overlays. All bids will be opened and read aloud at the City Hall Break Room immediately following the submittal deadline. The project is for City wide locations. The City has had several requests by residents. These repair and replacement locations are to be evaluated and prioritized utilizing our existing budget. Approximately 20% of the locations will be along Arterial and Major collector streets the reaming locations will be on low volume roadways. All work under this contract will need to be completed on or before December 31, 2012.
