Description

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals from qualified and professional firms/contractors specializing in the design and installation of fountains and splash pad features within a 23,000 square foot area in the new Dos Rios Development in Grand Junction. The proposed design shall be all inclusive and turn-key, to include, but not be limited to: all necessary and required design services to complete the design that is currently at 70% for the splash park and 100% for landscape, installation of all features, fixtures, electrical, controls, connectivity, training, filtration, all permitting necessary, etc.
