RFP-3877-14-SH - I-70 EXIT 31 ROUNDABOUTS ROW ACQUISITION, ADVISORY, APPRAISAL SVCS

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Grand Junction, Colorado is interested in receiving Proposals from Consultant Firms for R.O.W. Acquisition, Relocation Advisory, and Appraisal Services. The Consultant shall provide all right-of-way acquisition, relocation advisory services, and appraisal services for all required real estate interests. The parcels to be acquired in conjunction with the Project consist of one (1) fee partial acquisitions, two (2) permanent easements and ten (10) temporary construction easements. The foregoing parcels are to be acquired from seven (7) separate properties under five (5) separate ownerships. There will not be any displaced persons or businesses, however relocation advisory services related to personal property moves may be required. Title work for all properties surrounding the project limits is currently being acquired by the City. Once the City has acquired all title work, the City will update the right-of-way plans and issue a new set of plans in the form of an addendum. Title Work will be available to the successful consultant picked for the Project.
