Summary of Specifications:
The project generally consists of approximately 2.2 miles of new, reconstructed, or rehabilitated minor arterial and local streets. The project also consists of construction of a 7-span, 779 foot long concrete roadway bridge; a 5-span, 322 foot long concrete roadway bridge; construction of 67,000 square feet of MSE retaining walls; construction of approximately 5,150 linear feet of storm drain facilities; and 1,150 linear feet of irrigation pipe. 

Contractors submitting bids over $50,000 must be prequalified in accordance with the City's "Rules and Procedures for Prequalification of Contractors." Bids received from non-prequalified contractors will not be opened.
