Summary of Specifications:
The City of Grand Junction Purchasing Division is inviting Proposals on behalf of Mesa County Sheriff’s Office for INMATE FOOD SERVICES. A MANDATORY site visit is required by all contractors intending to submit a response to this RFP. Any contractor that does not attend the mandatory site visit shall not be eligible to submit a response. The site visit shall be held at the Mesa County Detention Facility located at 215 Rice Street, Grand Junction, CO on Wednesday October 15, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. Please be advised, prospective offerors need to allow enough time to check in at the detention center with photo ID to gain access in the jail. Please see the RFP document for more information.
