IFB-3539-12-DH - Lincoln Park Renovations Phase II

Summary of Specifications:
The project generally consists of the reconstruction of the northeast corner of 12th Street and Gunnison Avenue, the construction of a concrete decel lane into Lincoln Park along 12th Street and concrete sidewalk throughout Lincoln Park. This work shall include but not be limited to the installation of 105 lineal feet of 12” PVC storm pipe, one storm sewer manhole, three storm inlet structures, 153 square yards of asphalt patching, 413 lineal feet of 2’ curb and gutter, 1,270 square yards of 4” concrete sidewalk, 156 square yards of concrete curb ramp, 47 square yards of monolithic curb, gutter and sidewalk, 437 square yards of concrete driveway(9” thick), 134 square yards of concrete intersection corner, 15 square yards of 8” concrete drainage pan and 52 square yards of 9” concrete drainage pan.
