Summary of Specifications:
This document presents functional requirements for a Client Management Software to be implemented by Mesa County Criminal Justice Services Department. It was prepared by the Mesa County Criminal Justice Services Department. There are two major objectives to be met by the development of this Request For Proposal (RFP). First, it is intended to establish and define a clear set of functional requirements to be satisfied for the new a Client Management Software. Second, it will provide overall direction to the service provider in submitting a bid that will best meet the Mesa County Criminal Justice Services Department’s computing needs.
