Description

The City of Grand Junction, Colorado, seeks to provide support to residential private property owners within Grand Junction. The City is working to develop a private ash tree treatment and replacement cost share program. This program is being developed to protect the benefits provided by the large number of ash trees found on private property in City limits. The City is seeking applications from qualified Colorado Department of Agriculture licensed pesticide applicators to develop a preferred vendor list and secure a standard, competitive price. Residents will be responsible for half the cost of trunk injection treatment and the City would bear the cost for the other half. Pricing for this work shall be established at a cost per diameter inch rate.
