Summary of Specifications:
This project includes the design, ordering, assembly, bench testing, delivery, installation, and operations and maintenance for a period of one year of a networked recording radar rain and flow gage on the 59th Avenue Bridge at the Cache la Poudre River (River). This project is partially funded by a FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant. Therefore Federal purchasing, environmental, and documentation policies apply.
