Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of widening 59th Avenue to add paved shoulders between the south bridge approach at the Cache La Poudre River and 4th Street. Widening north of ‘C Street will be on the west side of the road. South of ‘C Street, widening will be on the east side. The crown will be shifted to the new centerline by milling and leveling course followed with a 2” overlay.
