Summary of Specifications:
The primary work effort will be preparing construction plans and bid documents for approximately one mile of minor arterial street improvements. Street improvements include landscaping, irrigation, lighting, electrical, stormwater, water and sewer. Additional easement and right-of-way will be needed from the adjoining properties. Several residential properties front 71st Avenue on the north part of the project. Because of the side-hill condition, accesses will be impacted with street widening. Mitigation plans will be needed for some residences.
