The City of Greeley is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide professional real estate acquisition services for land acquisition purposes for Greeley’s 10th Street Access Control Project - Phase 2. The project location is the 10th Street corridor (Highway 34 Business Route) between 23rd Avenue and 35th Avenue in Greeley. There are 50 +/- land parcels that need to be acquired for this project.
