Project Description: The proposed work consists of building a new home at this site from excavation, foundation, framing, siding, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, drywall, paint, interior trim, cabinets, floor coverings, etc., as per plans. To include water, sewer, gas from service to house. Power and gas to be coordinated with appropriate utilities and any fees to be included in bid. All exterior concrete drives, sidewalks as per plans. Final grade ready for sprinklers and sod to be included. Sprinklers, sod, landscaping will be bid out separately at a later date. The intent is to construct a complete house as per plans ready to move in.
