Design of the Bellvue backwash supply pumps and recovery pumps to be able to optimize the backwashing of the new filters for TB1. Design will have a standalone pump that can handle the full backwash supply flow and a second redundant pump. These pumps will be designed to alternate use to optimize run times.

The backwash recovery pumps shall be designed to handle the increased flows the new supply pumps are designed to produce.
