Description

The City of Greeley is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide services to support the Human Resources Department for a compensation and classification study. The purpose of this study is to create a compensation design and total rewards package that supports our initiative of being an employer of choice. The design will be a model that includes career banding for every position in the organization. The objective will be to foster employee development and at the same time, maximize the ability to recruit/retain a qualified, engaged, and diverse workforce. Additionally, the City of Greeley is committed to compensating employees fairly and according to FLSA standards.
